that surround Valia Kalda. Imposing and majestic mountains, the last refuge for both wildlife and people seeking the serenity of ancient forests and crystal clear waters. An inexhaustible area for walks on monumental stone paths and arched bridges or hidden goat paths.

In this area are the famous Zagorohoria, the 46 traditional villages hidden in a mountainous area in the north of the Pindos mountain range. Before these villages became accessible by paved roads, they were only connected by mountain paths and stone bridges, some of which have survived to this day and can be found on this map, such as the Skala tou Vradetou.

Zagori is famous for Drakolimni and Vikos Gorge, located in the heart of the UNESCO Geopark Vikou-Aoou.

The most famous mountain peaks in Tymfi are Gamila, Astraka and Goura.
