Wanderwelt Val Mustair (1.A 2018)

The Val Müstair connects the Engadine with the South Tyrolean Vinschgau. The Regional Nature Park offers a lot of unspoilt nature and great biodiversity. High alpine landscapes can be found there, as well as Mediterranean vegetation. The sun-drenched valley is a hiking world for all seasons. In spring, flower meadows beckon alongside old larch and pine forests. Summits, crossings and mountain trails offer breathtaking tours in summer and autumn. Winter, on the other hand, presents a snowy fairytale world whose magic is best discovered on snowshoes or on winter hiking trails. Also worth seeing are the UNESCO World Heritage Monastery of St. John in Müstair, the picturesque villages with their Sgrafitti-decorated houses or the churches and castle ruins around Taufers.
