Central to the map is the river landscape of the Achterhoek, a combination of four fantastic river cycling routes: the Aar, the Berkel, the IJssel and the Slingeroute.
With parts of these cycle routes: European cycle route R1 from Coesfeld to the Rhine, Rhine cycle route from Kalkar to Arnhem, LF3 Hanseatic route, LF4, LF8, LF14 Saxony route, LF15 Boerenland route, LF19, Agri Cultura, Vechtetal route. Supplemented with routes from the Dutch and German junction network.
