Hiking guide to Griechenland: Zagoria-Trek (442)

The Zagoria Trek shows a Greece that few travelers know: a mountainous country with rugged massifs, countless springs, vast forests, free-ranging horses and cows and the deepest gorge in the world. The circular walk takes you through this unique landscape in a maximum of 9 stages (up to 130 km), which can be shortened or extended individually.
The walking guide describes possible stage combinations and provides detailed route descriptions with accommodation and rest areas, maps, elevation profiles and GPS tracks for each stage. As an extra, you will also find a description for the climb to the highest peak of Mount Olympus, which is also located in the north of Greece.
